Notice is hereby given that the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will consider vacating a platted easement at the request of the applicant, as described below, on the date and time listed above or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Services Building, 1101 East First Street, Sanford, Florida, Room 1028 (Board Chambers).

Adopt the Resolution vacating and abandoning a portion of a platted drainage and utility easement located on Lot 113 of the Trailwood Estates Section 1 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 28 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, for a property more particularly known as 509 Grove Court, Altamonte Springs; (Eddie A. Matos, Applicant) District 3 Constantine (Mike Rhodes, Development Services Director).

Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose they may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (Florida Statutes, Section 286.0105).
