NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION (CEI) SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that the Laurel Road Community Development District requests qualifications for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the Laurel Road Widening Project in Venice, Florida.

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ), as well as the Laurel Road Construction Project Manual, will be available via digital download beginning September 2, 2026 by contacting Bobbi R. Claybrooke, PE, at bclaybrooke@amengfl.comand Erin Childers at echilders@amengfl.com .

An optional pre-submittal meeting will be held virtually at 10:00 am on Friday, September 18, 2026. Links to the virtual meeting will be provided to those requesting the RFQ documents.

Please direct questions regarding this RFQ to the District Engineer, Bobbi R. Claybrooke, PE, at bclaybrooke@amengfl.com and Erin Childers at echilders@amengfl.com. Please make sure that the beginning of the subject line of the email reads Laurel Road CEI Services. The deadline for questions is 1:00 pm on Friday, September 25, 2026.

Qualified CEI firms / individuals desiring to provide qualifications for this project must submit their qualifications electronically no later than 1:00 pm on Friday, October 2, 2026 (approximately 30 days following the solicitation advertisement on September 2, 2026) to Bobbi R. Claybrooke, PE at AM Engineering, LLC at bclaybrooke@amengfl.comand Erin Childers at echilders@amengfl.com. Qualification packages received after the date and time stipulated will not be considered. The qualifications will be opened publicly on October 2, 2026 at 1:30 pm at the offices of AM Engineering, LLC at 8340 Consumer Ct, Sarasota, FL 34240.
