The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain competitive pricing for the the construction of a new modular home including construction of pervious gravel road, and grading. Construction of an above ground septic system and one potable water well. Connection of all utilities. Project to include all materials, equipment & labor necessary to complete the scope of work in accordance with all plans and specifications, in accordance with the documents and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes.
