NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING FOR TOWN OF KINDRED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Kindred Community Development District will hold a meeting on September 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at Town of Kindred Clubhouse - 1450 Diamond Loop Drive, Kissimmee, Florida 34744.

A copy of the agenda may be obtained at the office of the District Manager, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., located at 8529 South Park Circle, Suite 330, Orlando, Florida 32819, (407) 472-2471, during normal business hours. Additionally, a copy of the agenda, along with any materials available in an electronic format, may be obtained at (www.townofkindredcdd.org).

The meeting and workshop are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting and workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
