Sealed bids will be received by the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority electronically via the www.demandstar.com bidding portal, until 2:00 P.M. September 17, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly read aloud. Such bids shall be for the following:

Purchase of Red Dye, Grade No. 2 Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel, A.S.T.M. Specification D975, Multiple Locations, 2-year Contract

The Governing Board of Directors of the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid, and to award to any party considered to be in the best interest of the Authority.
