IFB NO. PM-08-2026

INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT AND

PREVENTIVE PEST CONTROL SERVICES

The Titusville Housing Authority (THA) invites electronic bids from qualified and properly licensed pest-control contractors to provide integrated pest management and preventive pest-control services throughout THA's public-housing portfolio, including Properties 25-1 through 25-6, dwelling units, common areas, offices, and exterior areas.

The anticipated contract consists of one base year with four one-year options. All accepted recurring prices, deductive-alternate pricing, and optional unit prices shall remain firm and unchanged throughout the full five-year potential term. The IFB includes a deductive alternate for every-other-month preventive service at Properties 25-1 through 25-5.

Written questions and requests for a site visit must be received no later than October 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

Late submissions will be handled in accordance with the IFB and applicable law. THA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities when permitted, and make an award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder when in THA's best interest.
