NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF ORLANDO WITH RESPECT TO PRELIMINARY BUDGET OF THE

GREATER ORLANDO AVIATION AUTHORITY

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Orlando City Charter Chapter 16, Section 12, that on September 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, the Orlando City Council will conduct a public hearing in Council Chambers, City Hall, 400 S. Orange Avenue, with respect to the preliminary budget of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, beginning October 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2027. A copy of the preliminary budget may be inspected in the City Clerk's Office, 400 S. Orange Avenue, Second Floor. Interested parties may appear to be heard with respect thereto. If a person desires to appeal any decision made by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Board or Orlando City Council with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, that person will need a record of the proceedings; and that, for such purpose, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
