The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed proposals for:

VACANT PROPERTY AT WITHAM FIELD FOR AERONAUTICAL ACTIVITIES PARCEL A

Martin County seeks proposals from qualified organizations to develop and operate vacant properties at Witham Field for aeronautical activities. Proposers must demonstrate financial strength, organizational capacity, and operational expertise to support the airports long-term stability and self-sufficiency. The available 6.52-acre parcel at Witham Field currently lacks direct access to aeronautical infrastructure such as ramps, taxilanes, taxiways, and runways. The County welcomes proposals for a variety of aeronautical activities, including, without limitation, non-commercial hangar operators, airframe and power plant operators, fixed base operators, aircraft sales, charter, air taxi, and air ambulance services. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM at 2011 SE Airport Rd., Stuart, FL 34996. Sealed proposals will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
