NOTICE: A Public Hearing will be held by the Municipal Planning Board, City of Orlando, on TUESDAY, September 15, 2026 @ 9:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter, in City Council Chambers, 400 S. The following items will be considered: 1) 2026 Capital Improvement Element Amend Figure CI-5 and Policy CI.2.2.14 of the Capital Improvements Elements (CIE) to reflect the FY2026-2027 to FY2030-2031 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) [Case # GMP2026-10008]. 2) Synthetic Turf Code Amendment Amend the synthetic turf regulations in the Land Development Code [Case # LDC2026-10003]. 3) Mercy Drive Affordable Housing Approximately 0.23 acres located at 1616 Mercy Dr. Planned Development request for a 6-unit affordable housing multiplex development [Case #ZON2026-10008].
