NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will conduct public hearings on September 29, 2026, at 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers, First Floor, County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. You are invited to attend and be heard regarding the following requests by:

Applicant: L. Jordan Draper, P.E., Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., Ginn Property Planned Development (PD), Case # CDR-25-12-295

Consideration: A PD substantial change to request a waiver from Orange County Code Sec. 38-1272 (3) is requested to allow for a 14-foot building setback in lieu of 30 feet on Parcel 5, Lot 3, for a pay station canopy; pursuant to Orange County Code, Chapter 38, Article VIII, Division 1, Section 38-1207.

Applicant: Gina Penney, Atlas Signs Holdings, Inc., Eagle Creek Planned Development (PD), Case # CDR-26-04-094

Consideration: A PD substantial change to amend the existing Master Sign Plan to remove backlit signs as a prohibited sign type. In addition, one (1) signage waiver is

being requested from Orange County Code Sec. 31.5-15(a)(2) to allow a

maximum copy area of 493.2 square feet within lot 3B in lieu of a maximum copy

area of 229 square feet; pursuant to Orange County Code, Chapter 38, Article VIII, Division 1, Section 38-1207.
