The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA), on behalf of itself, its instrumentalities, and/or affiliates, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and insured firms to provide general cleaning services at PBCHAs remote leasing offices located throughout Palm Beach County.

Minority and women owned business are encouraged to respond.

Qualified individuals and firms may download and print the solicitation documents beginning Monday, September 7, 2026, from the PBCHA website at www.pbchafl.org by selecting Partners, then Business, and then Current Bids and Solicitations. Bid documents are also available through DemandStar at www.demandstar.com . The solicitation is identified as General Cleaning Services for Remote Leasing Offices. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing no later than five (5) days prior to the bid closing date to:

Sealed bids shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions described in the IFB. All bids must be received by PBCHA on or before 2:00 pm (EST) Tuesday, September 29, 2026. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 10:00 am at 3333 Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33406. No electronic submission will be accepted. Offerors assume sole and full responsibility for the timely delivery of bids. Late bids will not be considered. Bids must be clearly marked with the solicitation number, closing date and time, bidders name, address, and contact information.
