PLYMOUTH ROOFTOP EXHAUST FAN REPLACEMENT

The Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of fifty (50) rooftop exhaust fans at Plymouth, located at 1550 Gay Road, Winter Park, Florida. Work includes removal and legal disposal of existing rooftop exhaust fan units, installation of replacement units at the same locations, reconnection using existing electrical hookups, and associated roof-interface and restoration work, as further described in the IFB.
