SEMINOLE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WESTLAKE, FLORIDA

Sealed bids for the procurement of the following described project will be received by the Owner, Seminole Improvement District, Westlake, Palm Beach County, Florida:

SID Park Site Parking Phase 1 (Parcel C-4)

The District requires 3 completed signed sets of bid documents be submitted. Bids shall be submitted on the bid forms provided; segregated bids will not be accepted. Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 pm, Eastern Time on October 16, 2026, at the office of Seminole Improvement District, 16980 Persimmon Blvd W, Westlake, FL 33470. A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at the District offices on September 23, 2026 at 10:30 am

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the Bid, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
