The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

is seeking to lease land at the site of North Mims National Cemetery

It is the VA National Cemeterys intent to lease land consisting of approximately 118 acres +/-, located at 5525 US HWY 1, Mims, FL 32754 to an eligible offeror. The lease is based on the following evaluation factors: acreage price, use, and maintenance plan. Consideration will be given to eligible Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, or Small Businesses, in that order.
