NOTICE OF MEETINGS
VISTA LAKES
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Vista Lakes Community Development District will hold meetings for Fiscal Year 2027 at the Vista Lakes Clubhouse, 8841 Lee Vista Boulevard, Orlando, Florida at 9:00 a.m. on the first Thursday of every month, unless otherwise noted, as follows:
October 1, 2026
November 5, 2026
December 3, 2026
January 7, 2027
February 4, 2027
March 4, 2027
April 1, 2027
May 6, 2027 (Proposed Budget Meeting)
June 3, 2027
July 1, 2027
August 5, 2027 (Final Budget Meeting)
September 2, 2027
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. Meetings may be continued to a date, time, and location to be specified on the record at the meetings.
Anyone wishing to participate in such meetings should contact the District Manager's Office prior to each meeting to confirm the applicable meeting access and/or location information. Additionally, interested parties may refer to the District's website for the latest information: https://www.vistalakescdd.org.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate via telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at any of these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Management Company, Inframark at (407) 566-1935 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, or 800-955-8771 (TTY)/800-955-8770 (Voice) for aid in contacting the District Office at least two (2) days prior to the date of the meetings.
Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and accordingly, the person may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
