PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the City of Sanford, Florida, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, invites interested, licensed and qualified firms to submit competitive sealed proposals in response to IFB 25/26-16, Celery Ave. & N. Mellonville Ave. Intersection Improvements, Sanford, Florida as outlined in the IFB solicitation document.

The bidder shall make themselves familiar with the City of Sanfords Celery Ave. & N. Mellonville Ave. Intersection Improvements the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and vehicles necessary to perform the duties of this solicitation if awarded a contract. A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM Local Time on site. Attendance is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing at the address above no later than Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time.

Sealed responses shall be submitted to the City of Sanford, Attention: Purchasing Division, located at 300 N. Park Avenue 2 nd Floor Sanford, Florida 32771(near the elevator) no later than Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time. Online submissions accepted.
