All bidders on this project must prequalify with the Construction Manager at least Seven (7) Business Days prior to bid date. Prequalification forms are included with the Bid Documents and can be found on the Childers Construction website at www.childers-construction.com. Every subcontractor must be Prequalified for 2026 to bid this project. Contact Savannah Truman to verify your status at 850-222-2281.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00am EST on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at the Top Level (Level 6) of the Pensacola Parking Garage, immediately followed by a Pre-Bid Conference at Woodward Parking Garage. Parking is available on campus with a Parking Pass. Please allow adequate time to find available parking.

Sealed Bids will be received by the Construction Manager until 2:00pm EST on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at the Childers Construction Office: 3472 Weems Road, Tallahassee, FL 32317. Childers Construction Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and waive informalities in any bid. Bids to be submitted electronically to bids@childers-construction.com or hand delivered.
