PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE:

A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Orlando Board of Zoning Adjustment on September 22, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in Orlando City Hall, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida. This meeting will also be available for viewing at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85198088494. The following variance requests will be considered: 1) 5446 Seedling Ln. Variance to exceed the front and overall lot's impervious surface ratio, variance to allow a nonconforming driveway design, and variance to allow a deck/patio within the required setbacks [case# VAR2026-10038]; 2) 501 S. Lee Ave. Variance request to allow multiple unconnected curb cuts on one property [case# VAR2026- 10037]; 3) 1411 Tanager Dr. Variance requests to allow: (A) reduced rear yard setbacks, (B) reduced street side setback for a garage, and (C) increased overall ISR [case# VAR2026-10039]; 4) 663 Hempstead Ave Design Variance to allow a projecting carport in the R-1A/T/AN zoning district, where the one required parking space must be flush with or recessed behind the principal faade in Traditional City [case# VAR2026-10040]; and 5) 2016 Forest Cir. Variance to allow a proposed addition to encroach into the side and rear yard setbacks [case# VAR2026-10042].
