CITY OF BELLE ISLE, FLORIDA

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL PROGRAM

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Belle Isle, Florida, will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of the Citys Five-Year Capital Program for Fiscal Years 2026/2027 through 2030/2031.

The proposed Capital Program identifies anticipated capital projects and projected funding over the five-year planning period. The proposed five-year program totals $11,034,000, consisting of $7,179,000 in General Fund capital projects and $3,855,000 in Stormwater Fund capital projects. A copy of the proposed Capital Program will be available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Belle Isle City Hall, 1600 Nela Avenue, Belle Isle, Florida 32809, during regular business hours and may also be made available on the Citys website.

TIME: 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard

LOCATION: Belle Isle City Hall, 1600 Nela Avenue, Belle Isle, Florida 32809

All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. In accordance with Florida law, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
