Notice is hereby given that the City of Key West, Florida is accepting sealed bids for ITB 26-016 Public Transportation Grant Park and Ride Garage.

Solicitation documents may be obtained from DemandStar at www.demandstar.com, by calling 800-711-1712, or by visiting the City of Key West website at www.cityofkeywest-fl.gov.

Sealed responses must be received by the City of Key West City Clerk, 1300 White Street, Key West, Florida 33040, on or before November 4, 2026, at 1:00, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, if applicable. Any responses received after the specified date and time will not be considered.

The City of Key West reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any and all responses, to waive informalities or irregularities in the solicitation process, and to award a contract in the best interest of the City, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, grant requirements, and City procurement policies.

This project is funded in whole or in part through a Public Transportation Grant (Contract Number: G3K89 and G2X62). All procurement activities and any resulting contract shall comply with all applicable grant requirements, funding agency conditions, federal and

state requirements, and any other terms and conditions imposed by the granting agency, including applicable procurement, contract administration, reporting, audit, record retention, civil rights, nondiscrimination, and compliance requirements.
