Decker Construction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the Santa Fe College Building M Renovation Print Shop Relocation Phase 1 project located at 3000 NW 83rd St., Gainesville, Florida 32606.
The project consists of the interior renovation of existing classrooms M-170 and M-170A, along with an addition to the existing building to accommodate the new Classroom M-170B.
Bidders shall review the construction documents in their entirety and include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination as necessary to provide a complete scope of work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A pre-bid site visit will be held on September 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Santa Fe College 3000 NW 83rd St., Gainesville, Florida 32606 - Building M
All RFI shall be submitted in writing to Ashlyn Conrad - ashlyn@deckercm.com by 5:00PM on September 25, 2026.
Bid amounts below $150,000.00 may be submitted electronically to Ashlyn Conrad ashlyn@deckercm.com and must be received no later than 5:00pm on 10/02/2026.
Bid amounts above $150,000.00 must be submitted in a physical SEALED envelope and received no later than 5:00pm on 10/02/2026.
Physical sealed bids shall be delivered to Decker Construction office at 1503 NW 16th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32605
Contractors are encouraged to submit deductive alternate options that may provide potential cost savings. All proposed deductive alternates shall be clearly identified and priced separately for consideration.
