PUBLIC NOTICE

The JPA is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Professional Engineering Consultant Firms interested in providing professional services for CRANE ENGINEERING SERVICES (REBID) for the Jacksonville Port Authority.

The JPA will utilize an external Professional Engineering Consultant Firm to augment and assist the Authoritys Engineering and Construction, and Equipment departments staff. The Consulting firm will assist in performing a wide range of engineering and inspection services to support numerous crane projects of the Authoritys capital work program. The scope of services includes planning, inspections, analysis, reviews, designing, engineering, calculations, drawings, technical specifications, services during construction, reports, oversight and associated technical assistance related to the JPA crane projects.

Submission of SOQs does not guarantee your company will receive a contract from the JPA, nor does it imply that your company has any type of procurement/contractual relationship with the JPA now or in the future. Information provided by your company will be treated in a reasonable manner and will be subject to disclosure pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida.
