NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT

CITY OF MAITLAND FLORIDA

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Maitland City Council will hold a Public Meeting on Monday September 28, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible, in the Council Chambers of Maitland City Hall, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida, to consider the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 1462

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MAITLAND, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 38, WATER, SEWERS AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL, TO PROVIDE FOR RATES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND FEES; AND PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Interested parties may appear at said meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which appeal is to be based.

Public inspection of the proposed ordinance is available, Monday Thursday 7:00 A.M. 6:00 P.M. in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, FL 32751.
