All constitutional civil officers have given oath to the support the constitution of Pennsylvania and the United States as prescribed in Section 40 of the Pennsylvania 1776 Constitution. The Complainant (One of The People of the Territory of Pennsylvania under Declaration of Express Trust), rights protected by the Constitution (Section 9) have been injured in the past by the Sheriffs and his/her officers by being compelled to accuse or furnish evidence against himself. Every subject shall have a right to produce all proofs that may be favorable to himself; to meet the witnesses against him face to face, and to be fully heard in his defense, by himself, and counsel. complaint under oath attached to the summons, citation or notice of violation without special designation of the persons or objects of search, arrest, or seizure (Chapter I, Section X). As prescribed in ATTACHMENTS of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure (Pa.R.Civ.P.), In Pennsylvania civil practice, the commencement and service of actions in the Courts of Common Pleas are governed by the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure (Pa.R.Civ.P.). Under [Pa.R.Civ.P. 1007], an action is initiated by filing with the prothonotary either a praecipe for a writ of summons or a complaint. Pursuant to [Pa.R.Civ.P. 400(a)], original process within the Commonwealth must generally be served by the sheriff of the county where service is made, subject to specific local exceptions such as Philadelphia County under Rule 400.1. Service of original process must be completed within 30 days of the issuance of the writ or the filing of the complaint under Pa.R.Civ.P. 401(a). If service cannot be effectuated within that time frame, Rule 401(b) allows the prothonotary to reissue the writ or reinstate the complaint upon praecipe, restarting the 30-day service window. Finally, under Pa.R.Civ.P. 402(a), process is served on an individual by handing a copy directly to the defendant, or via substituted service by handing a copy to an adult family member or person in charge at their residence or place of business.

FURTHERMORE, I DEMAND , for the Philadelphia County Sheriff to put the name SERGE MANSA KOTEI EXPRESS TRUST doing business as BAPTISTE II, SERGE HENRY ROBERT AND Serge Henry Robert Baptiste II AND SERGE MANSA REX on THE DO NOT STOP, DO NOT DETAIN LIST FOR Pennsylvania and all OTHER STATES under Full Faith and Credit . The Constitution reserves all rights protected by the above said 1776 Constitution of Pennsylvania, the Articles of Association and the Articles of Confederation and do not waive any part of my rights; abide by your oaths to it .

TAKE JUDICIAL NOTICE THAT THIS WRIT OF INJUNCTION SHALL ALSO SERVE AS YOUR CONTRACT; failure to answer and rebut this Writ is acquiescence and is estoppel; you have 30 days to answer , then this contract is law. No STATE shall pass and Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts Section 10 of 1787 United States Constitution.
