NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on October 13, 2026, at 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers, First Floor, County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. You are invited to attend and be heard regarding the following request by:

Applicant: Adrienne Downey-Jacks, ADJ Land Design, Florida Hospital East Planned Development (PD), Case # CDR-25-11-275

Consideration: A PD substantial change to add a Master Sign Plan for the PD. Additionally, the following waivers from Orange County Code are being requested: 1. A waiver from Orange County Code Section 31.5-15(a)(2) to allow 407 square feet of wall sign area for a total of two (2) wall signs facing S.R. 408 in lieu of the maximum 400 square feet of wall sign area allowed for each establishment. 2. A waiver from Orange County Code Section 31.5-67(f) to allow five (5) ground signs in lieu of two (2) ground signs for the hospital campus. 3. A waiver from Orange County Code Section 31.5-67(h) to allow 275 square feet of sign area for one (1) ground sign located at the hospitals main entrance, in lieu of 120 square feet; pursuant to Orange County Code, Chapter 38, Article VIII, Division 1, Section 38-1207.
