BID SOLICITATION FOR SGCG ADMIN BLDG

Description: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) has been selected by Seminole County Government to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the Seminole County Government Administration Building Project. The project is located in Sanford, FL in the vicinity of Senator Lane, and Eslinger Way. Final bids are being solicited for this portion of the project. All bids are to be submitted through Building Connected no later than Tuesday October 13, 2026 @ 3:00pm.

Scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: Complete Civil, Site Utilities, Site Concrete, Foundations and Slabs for Admin Building, Central Chiller Plant Equipment Additions, Chilled Water Infrastructure, Parking Garage complete, and Structural Steel Package.

All work shall be in accordance with bidding documents, drawings, specifications and other construction documents, which may be reviewed CPPIs Oviedo, FL office after September 22, 2026.
