SEALED BIDS: All bid forms must be submitted and executed, as required, and included with the bid in a sealed envelope. Bids must be submitted in hard copy and USB drive. The face of the envelope shall contain the above address, the date and time of Bid opening, the Bid title and Bid number. All Bids are subject to the conditions specified herein. Bids not submitted with the completed attached Bid Form(s) may be rejected. Bidders which do not comply with these conditions are subject to rejection of their bid by the TOWN.

BIDS WILL BE OPENED 2:00 P.M. (EST), October 22, 2026, in the TOWN of Jupiter Community Room, Room

108, at the address noted above, and may not be withdrawn during the 90 calendar days following such date and time.

Project Description: This Contract will provide services to improve the Sims Creek Preserve. Work includes but is not limited to erosion control, maintenance of drainage, clearing and grubbing, concrete driveway, bioswale, concrete ADA parking, TrueGrid stabilized parking and pathways, fencing and lighting

RFP and specifications: Bidders shall obtain the RFP from Demand Star beginning September 21, 2026.

All submittals shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal, including but not limited to the documents contained in the ITB and accompanied by documentation referenced therein.

In accordance with the Section 1 of the Request for Proposal, the TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
