Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, will acceptbids until 3:00 p.m. (CST) October 21, 2026, for West Sunset Lift Station.

Interested respondents desiring consideration shall submit their response online at OpenGov through the link provided below:

A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M. (CST) September 29th, 2026, atthe Okaloosa County Water and Sewer 3rd Floor Conference Room, 1804 Lewis Turner Blvd,Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Unless otherwise stipulated in the bid/proposal description, all responses must be submitted usingOpenGov only. No other means of submission of responses will be accepted. Responses will beaccepted by OpenGov until 3:00 p.m. CST October 21, 2026, at which time all bids that are timely

submitted will be opened and reviewed.

The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final.
