Taylor County Board of County Commissioners hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional design, engineering, and permitting firms to provide design, engineering, and permitting services for the Hodges Park Rehabilitation at Keaton Beach, funded through the RESTORE Act Spill Impact Component under Gulf Consortium Subrecipient Agreement No. 220037102.01. This RFQ does not solicit construction services or construction pricing.

SOQs will be publicly opened and respondents announced on October 20, 2026, at 6:05 PM ET, at the Taylor County Administrative Complex, 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347.

ALL SOQs must have the respondent's name and mailing address clearly shown on the outside of the envelope or package when submitted. NO FAXED OR EMAILED SOQs WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The County reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any or all SOQs, to cancel or withdraw this Request for Qualifications at any time, or to waive any irregularities in the SOQ process. The County reserves the right to shortlist the Respondent(s) it deems to offer the best overall qualifications. The County, in its sole and absolute discretion, also reserves the right to waive minor defects in the process.

DBE/MBE/WBE and Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise owned businesses are encouraged to submit if qualified.
