ITN No. 2026-058 Purchasing Card (Commercial Credit Card) Services for Town of Palm Beach

The Town of Palm Beach Purchasing Division has issued an online Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to solicit Proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide purchasing card (commercial credit card) services to the Town of Palm Beach, FL. The Town Procurement and Contracts Division will receive proposals through our eProcurement platform, EUNA-Procurement, previously known as Bonfire, until October 21, 2026, 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

Companies desiring a copy of the solicitation may obtain such documents from the Towns website at www.townofpalmbeach.com , (Click How Do I, then under View, select Bid Postings. You will then be prompted to access the Towns Procurement Portal.)

The Town ONLY accepts online submittal of proposals through EUNA Procurement, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.

In order to participate, your firm must be registered with EUNA Procurement; you may do so at NO charge. The ITN is also advertised through DemandStar, however proposals must be submitted through EUNA. Mailed Proposals will not be accepted.

NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ONLINE THROUGH TEAMS MEETING on Sep 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Pre-proposal conference is the only forum to speak and make questions directly to the Town staff. After this meeting, all questions should be submitted in writing through messaging feature of EUNA platform or emailing Procurement Representative.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The Town reserves the right to award the contract to that proposer whose proposal best complies with the solicitation specifications. No proposer may withdraw their proposals for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
