ST. JOHNS AVENUE LANDSCAPE AND

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The City of Palatka is seeking a qualified landscape maintenance contractor to provide dependable, year-round grounds maintenance within the St. Johns Avenue service area. The work includes the City's current street and curbside maintenance program, establishment care for newly planted trees, and maintenance of the landscaped island at the intersection of 7th Street, Crill Avenue, and Laurel Street.

All interested parties must register with the City, Contact by email providing their name, email address, mailing address and telephone number to receive any future changes, additions, addendums or notices concerning this RFP. Any qualified vendor should submit one (1) original and one (1) copy in a sealed envelope marked "RESPONSE TO PALATKA RFP 2026-07" no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 21, 2026. Responses shall be submitted by mail, courier or in person at City of Palatka, ATTN: City Clerk, 201 N. 2nd Street, 32177 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., EST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays observed by the City.
