NOTICE OF MEETINGS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027
The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Anthem Park Community Development District (District) will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2027 at the Anthem Park Clubhouse, 2090 Continental Street, St. Cloud, Florida 33569, on the second Wednesday of every month at 9:30 a.m., unless otherwise indicated as follows:

The meetings will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts will be open to the public. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager c/o Kai, 2502 N. Rocky Point Drive, Suite 1000, Tampa, Florida 33607 (District Managers Office) or by visiting the Districts website at https://www.anthemparkcdd.org/.
There may be occasions when one or more Board supervisors or staff will participate by speaker telephone. A person who decides to appeal any decision made at a meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
