Pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the Martin County Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional firms for:

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS

Services may be provided on an assignment-by-assignment basis for County transportation projects and may include road, signal, bridge, neighborhood restoration and streetscape design; traffic studies; and related engineering services, including design to applicable local, state, and federal grant standards. Statements of Qualifications will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above, or electronically via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar), until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
