PALATKA HOUSING AUTHORITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Palatka Housing Authority, Palatka, Florida, is soliciting sealed Proposals from qualified firms and individuals no later than 04:00 PM (EST) Tuesday, October 27, 2026 for Professional Fee Accounting Services.

The RFP documents will be available on September 21, 2026 and can be downloaded by accessing: EUNA OpenBids https://network.demandstar.com/ or from the Palatka Housing Authority Website at:

Respondents are encouraged to read the document in its entirety prior to submission. Please be advised that all documents should be filled out properly and submitted electronically only. All questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted in writing to Rebecca Watkins at bwatkins@palatkaha.org by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, 4:00 PM EST.

The PHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality thereto and to select the proposal that is in the best interest of the PHA. The PHA is an EOE/DFW.

The PHA has a goal and policies encouraging participation of small, minority, and women owned businesses in the provision of goods and services.
