MILLING AND PAVING OF DISTRICT PROPERTY

The North Springs Improvement District invites sealed bids for:

PROJECT: Milling and paving of District Property (Trails End, Parkland, Florida)

SCOPE: Milling and paving of approximately 7,220 Linear Feet (LF) on Trails End located in Parkland Florida.

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE & PUBLIC OPENING:

Sealed bids will be received by NSID until 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the District Manager or designee. Late or electronic submittals will not be accepted. Envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked:
