I, Bryan Cecil Kirkendoll, a Oklahoman National declare, state and verify Before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath desposes and says that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of KANSAS CITY, County of Clay, State of MISSOURI, which he recognizes and intends to maintain as his permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintains a residence at 215 W PERSHING RD, KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI and that he formerly resided at 675 B STREET, ARAPAHO, OKLAHOMA, but that his abode in Missouri constitutes his predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that he affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner name BRYAN CECIL KIRKENDOLL IN said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner BRYAN CECIL KIRKENDOLL, providing there is attached to said birth certificate and affidavit of an affiant who states that he is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner BRYAN CECIL KIRKENDOLL as having attained the age of the majority at the date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the GRACE ALLODS EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 135-69-013159, dated June 11, 1969. Affiant further declares that BRYAN CECIL KIRKENDOLL or the BRYAN CECIL KIRKENDOLL ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Missouri, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.
