NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sebastian is accepting bids for 27-01-ITB, SERVER ROOM MODIFICATIONS AND NEW HVAC SYSTEM INSTALLATION. The solicitation document outlining the scope of services is available from the City of Sebastians Euna eProcurement Portal.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 10:00 am local time in the City Council Chambers located at 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, FL 32958.

Questions are due on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time. All questions shall be directed to the City of Sebastians Euna Procurement Portal.

Bids are due on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
