Paul Jacquin & Sons, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk, will be accepting sealed bids for the Guaranteed Maximum Price Estimate for the Phase 4 Remodel of Science Building "N" for Indian River State College located in Fort Pierce, Florida 34981. SEALED BIDS are due by: October 22, 2026, at 2:00 pm. All sealed bids should be delivered to Paul Jacquin and Sons Inc., located at 7348 Commercial Circle, Fort Pierce, Florida 34951. Paul Jacquin and Sons is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages local, certified M/WBE contractors and subcontractors that employ laborers working in a specialty for which there are apprentice programs to bid on this project. All subcontractors and suppliers must be pre-qualified. Pre-Qualification Statements are available from Paul Jacquin and Sons and online at www.pjsi.com. The Phase 4 Remodel of Science Building "N" includes ALL Building Trades for a 27,298 square foot auditorium and classroom building. Bid documents are available starting September 25,2026, online at www.pjsi.com. There will be a Pre-Bid Workshop on October 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM, at the site located at 3209 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981.

Entrance for Building N is on the SE side of the campus along S. 30th Street. Meet at the SW entrance of Building N.
