Verdex Construction, LLC, Construction Manager at Risk for School District of Palm Beach County, is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors/vendors who have not previously qualified with our firm. A formal invitation to bid package will will be made available to prequalified vendors on or about October 16th, 2026. Project dates, including pre-bid meeting date, and bid documents will be included in the ITB.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, complete VCT flooring replacement, site improvements, replacing fire alarm devices, water fountain replacements, HVAC upgrades, interior ADA remedies, and other minor scopes.

In accordance with the School District of Palm Beach County's Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Policy, a minimum goal of 20% SEB subcontractor participation has been established for this project. Only SBE firms certified with the School District of Palm Beach County will count toward the established goal. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject and or all bids or to accept any bids which is in its best interest. Owner and /or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer.
