Sumter Landing Community Development Districts is requesting bids from qualified firms for the HVAC Replacement at Fish Hawk Recreation Center. Bid packages may be obtained from www.opengov.com which can be accessed from www.districtgov.org. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all interested vendors will be held on October 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Fish Hawk Recreation Center located at 2318 Buttonwood Run, The Villages, FL 32162. Sealed or electronic bids must be received by 3:00pm on October 28, 2026, at the Purchasing Department located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32162, and the bid opening will be held at 3:15pm at the same location.
