VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD (VAB)

START OF HEARINGS

THIS NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU that hearings before special magistrates will be held to consider petitions requesting denied exemptions/classifications to ad valorem taxation and assessment of property values in Orange County, as provided under Florida Statutes, beginning at 8:30 a.m. on October 14, 2026. Hearings will be held virtually via WebEx and in-person and will continue until all petitioners have been heard. In-person hearings will be conducted in the Magnolia Place Building, 109 E. Church Street, Suite 450, 4th Floor, Orlando, Florida, or at the discretion of the VAB Clerk.

The Orange County Property Appraiser maintains a list of all applicants for exemption/classification who have had their applications for exemption/classification wholly or partially approved or who have had their exemption/classification denied.
