ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for constructing the Main Trail Bridge Repairs, Bid No. 2027-03 for the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Coordinator, City Hall, Ormond Beach, Florida, until November 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Training Room located in the breezeway between City Hall and the Public Library. Bids received after the above time and date will be returned unopened.

The work consists of: Installation of stormwater piping and structures, repair of wooden bridge structure, erosion control devices, and associated milling and resurfacing of the roadway. The work is shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual. A pre-bid conference to discuss the details and requirements of the contract will be held on October 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM, in the Training Room at City Hall. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The deadline for submitting questions is October 26, 2026 at 5:00pm.
