REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #2026HELOB01-1

AIRCRAFT LISTING AND

MARKETING AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Health Care District of Palm Beach County (DISTRICT) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide comprehensive aircraft listing and marketing services for the sale of the DISTRICTs two (2) 1999 Sikorsky S-76C+ Helicopters (serial numbers 760494 and 760503) and associated spare parts.

It is anticipated that one (1) Respondent will be selected for an exclusive contract with a term of six (6) months (180 Days)

The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be downloaded from the DISTRICTs Purchasing Website at: www.hcdpbc.org/resources/

purchasing, or interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFP for this solicitation by emailing rgutierr@hcdpbc.org. Include the words Helo BROKER RFP #2026HELOB01-1 in the subject line of any e-mail regarding this solicitation.

Proposals are due by October 28, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, 1515 N. Flagler Dr. #101, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, ATTN: Raul Gutierrez

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference. Respondents must attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference to be held on October 14, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the following location: 4255 President Donald J. Trump Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33415. Respondents may attend virtually by contacting rgutierr@hcdpbc.orgno later thanOctober 09, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. to obtain participation details. The purpose of this conference is for the DISTRICT to receive comments, provide clarifications, and consider Proposer-requested changes to the RFP requirements. A Respondents failure to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference will result in rejection of that Respondents proposal.

Responses will be evaluated based on the selection criteria set out in the RFP.

As part of the proposal submittal document, any Respondent must be properly certified and licensed in the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County, as applicable, for the purpose of performing the specified work.

The DISTRICT reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any and all proposals.
