ELECTRONIC QUALIFICATIONS will be received by The School District of Lee County, Procurement Services Department, Euna Procurement Platform, to provide Architectual Sevices Services for North Fort Myers Academy for the Arts - Chilled Water Line, no later than 1:00 PM (EST) on October 28, 2026. The project location is 1856 Arts Way, North Fort Myers, FL 33917. A MANDATORY Pre-Submission Conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 9:00 AM (EST), October 7, 2026. Request for Qualifications documents can be downloaded from the Euna Procurement Platform https://leeschools.bonfirehub.com under Open Public Opportunities. The Selection Committee will meet to score responses received at 10:00:00 AM (EST) on November 10, 2026, at the Lee County Public Education Center, 2855 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33966.

The above meetings are open to the public. Two or more Board Members may be present at any public meeting.
