NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS

ITB PW 13-26 Shore at Crystal Beach Park Expansion

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, will accept bids until 3:00 PM (CST) October 28, 2026 for the construction of the Shore at Crystal Beach Park Expansion ITB PW 13-26. The Project consists of construction of parking lots, restroom facility, public shower, boardwalks with an ADA ramp, geogrid beach access drive, and underground stormwater system. The work is further defined as shown on the Plans and as described by the Contract Documents.

Interested respondents desiring consideration shall submit their response online at OpenGov through the link provided below:

Unless otherwise stipulated in the bid/proposal description, all responses must be submitted using OpenGov only.

No other means of submission of responses will be accepted. Responses will be accepted by OpenGov until 3:00 p.m. (CST) October 28, 2026, at which time all bids that are timely submitted will be opened and reviewed.

The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All terms, specifications and conditions set forth in this ITB are incorporated into your response. A bid will not be accepted unless all conditions have been met.

Bidding documents are only available as electronic portable document format (PDF) and may be downloaded free of charge from the OpenGov link above.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
