EDDIE VICKERS KAYAK LAUNCH CONSTRUCTION

The City of St. Augustines Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) requests proposals to construct a Kayak Launch, Pier, Sidewalks, site furnishings and Parking area located in Eddie Vickers Park in Lincolnville. The Kayak Launch Construction Project at Eddie Vickers Park is part of a phased effort to enhance recreational amenities at the park and expand public access to the water. This initiative underscores the importance of providing accessible outdoor recreation opportunities for residents and visitors alike. By improving water access, the project promotes active lifestyles, environmental engagement, and strengthens the parks role as a valuable community asset within the Lincolnville Community Redevelopment Area (LCRA).

Electronic Submissions may be submitted only through the Citys OpenGov portal at

https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/staugustine. Sealed Responses may be submitted to the General Services Department; Lobby D, 4th Floor, City Hall; 75 King Street; St. Augustine, Florida 32084. All proposals must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on October 29, 2026. No facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any proposals submitted after the time and date for receipt of proposals will be rejected and/or returned unopened. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud promptly at 2:00 PM EST.
