Solicitation Name: CASL Lee Rehab and Hardening

Community Assisted and Supported Living, Inc. CASL(Owner) is requesting sealed Bids for its Scattered Site Rental Rehabilitation project in Lee County.

The Bid Package may be obtained by clicking here, Link to CASL website, (caslinc.org/bid-solicitations) or via email to Ken.Azar@CASLinc.org. Sealed Bids shall be submitted per the instructions included in the Bid Package no later than 2:00 pm EST on November 17, 2026

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder, prior to submitting a bid, to either contact Ken Azar at 941-960-5496 or check the website to determine if any bid addendums were issued. Questions regarding this ITB shall be submitted in writing and directed to Ken Azar. Answers will be provided through an addendum posted to CASLs website.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 am EST on October 13, 2026, at 2229 Unity Avenue, Suite 1, Fort Myers, FL 33901 (CASLs office). Property inspection dates will be discussed during the pre-bid meeting.
