CORE Construction & D. Stephenson Construction seek subcontractor bids to construct a new auditorium & black box theater addition for the School Board of Broward County, FL at Coral Glades High School, 2700 Sportsplex Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33065.

Scope includes construction of an approximately 32,876-square-foot auditorium & black box theater with a ground floor & mezzanine.

Campus will remain operational. Include coordination, access restrictions, student & staff safety, existing-operations maintenance & phasing.

MWBE participation encouraged. MWBE bidders must be certified by the School Board of Broward County, FL.
