A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST, beginning atthe Melbourne Orlando International Airport, Suite 220, Board Room, located at 1 Air Terminal Parkway,Melbourne, FL 32901; followed by a site visit.

Bids will be received by the MAA at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport, One Air TerminalParkway, Suite 220, Melbourne, FL 32901 until 3:00 PM EST, Thursday, November 5, 2026. Late bids willnot be accepted.
