INVITATION TO BID

CULPEPPER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (CGC045517), the Construction Manager for the Mowat Middle School Cafeteria and Administration Addition will be accepting sealed bids from qualified Trade Contractors for the complete furnishing and installation of the hurricane/storm shutter work associated

with ASI #06 for the Mowat Middle School Cafeteria and Administration Addition project.

The subcontractor shall review the complete ASI #06 package, including all applicable drawings, specifications, details, schedules, control diagrams, product information, and revisions, and shall provide a complete proposal for all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, engineering, coordination, testing, and

incidentals necessary for a complete and operational installation.

The intent of this bid package is to obtain a turnkey proposal for the shutter scope shown and specified in ASI #06.Any work reasonably inferable from the contract documents and necessary for a complete, codecompliant,

tested, and operational shutter installation shall be included in the subcontractor's base bid unless specifically identified as an exclusion or alternate.

Culpepper Construction Company desires to provide equal access to qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) for all of its construction projects. Registered M/WBE enterprises are encouraged to participate in this opportunity.

The Trade Bids will be due October 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at Bay District School, Nelson Building, 1311 Balboa Ave, Panama City, FL 32401. Late bids will not be accepted.
